Quiet

I am grateful to be able to see my quiet within and without.

Everyone I know is grateful to see their quiet within and without.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is grateful to see their quiet within and without.

---------------

I am noticing that it is quieter “out there” when I am running errands.

It seems that the frenzy is all around me, but I am not part of it.

I attribute that to maintaining my own peace within.

My husband and I did our gift preparations earlier, and although we did have a little bit of a “crunch” when we were wrapping presents for our seven adult children and their families, we kept calming ourselves and got the job done.

Now, we observe the busyness, but we take our time, and hopefully, add to the available calm.

It is still available.

It is an unlimited resource from within.

It is something we have to listen for, and then, with practice, we can call it up at will.

I feel so grateful to have discovered this.

We make the adjustments we need to make.

But we get toward our goals much more calmly.

It is good to feel this way, from the inside out, and to feel it wherever we go.

Organized!

I am grateful for those who are organized.

Everyone I know is grateful for those who are organized.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world is grateful for those who are organized.

------------

My good friend who does the work that keeps me organized pointed out that I had brought her only half of what she needed in order to take me to the next step.

I am immensely grateful.

We can talk about the creative ideas which go into both of our lives and the fun stuff that comes out into expression.

But she is the one who does the technical work that makes it all come together for me.

The people who launch their ideas have the wonderful value of the team behind it that makes sure it all works.

I am grateful for her point of view that lets me see it from another side.

It all contributes to making the ideas work.

Because of the support of  my “team’s” hands-on practicality and technical expertise, I am free to find materials, create ideas into products and go out and sell them.

I am grateful to have come to the conclusion that I do not have to do it all, or do it all by myself.

There are ideal situations and people in them to help ideas come into view and to make them become available.

For me, the one who can understand what I am doing and help me keep it organized is my best friend.

When What We Need Shows Up

I am so grateful that what I need shows up when  need it.

Everyone I know is so grateful that what they need shows up when they need it.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world is so grateful that what they need shows up when they need it.

-----------

Even though it may not look like it right now, all of us are having the experience of what we need showing up right when we need it.

Sometimes it is finding an ingredient.

Sometimes it is finding a resource.

Sometimes it is finding a knowledgeable person.

Sometimes it is finding an experience.

Collectively, we are all involved in what today’s issues are all about.

We are having the experience we need to propel us into something else.

We are building up the will to determine a different direction for ourselves.

Sometimes discontent goes beyond despair and helplessness into anger and frustration, and then it finds a way out.

And up.

We see it, we hear about it, we celebrate the underdog rising and triumphing.

It is their finest hour and they take us with them.

So now it is our turn.

Peace-Filled

Living from the inside, my day is filled with peace.

Living from the inside, everyone I know has peace-filled days.

Living from the inside, everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, has peace-filled days.

-------------
Despite the season, despite the weather, despite the news, when I turn within, there is always a deep resource for peace.

There is no problem that is overwhelming to that deep reservoir.

I take my deep breaths, I let go of my thoughts, and I simply feel the peace, deeper and deeper.

Then, when I am fully peaceful and not trying to direct my thoughts anywhere, I hear the answers to things that have been on my mind.

I hear the direction for things I had not yet considered.

And when I hear the ideas from deep within, I have found that it means the resources to carry them out are also already provided.

My job is to get peaceful and to receive the ideas.

Staying Steady, Keeping True

I am grateful for my steady path, keeping true to my goals.

Everyone I know is grateful for their steady path, keeping true to their goals.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is grateful for their steady path, keeping true to their goals.

--------------

When I rush around trying to get things done, I am hassled, and out of breath, and totally not fulfilled.

When I remember that I am here to accomplish a cherished and delightful goal, I approach my daily life much more calmly.

After all, isn’t everything here to contribute to it?

So, then I take a steadier path, all along the way.

I can remain true to my overall goal, while doing what needs to be done, in a calm and harmonious way.

My true goal is one of harmony, joy, delight, contribution.

Everything I do supports it in some way.

This knowledge helps me to keep it steady, and to respond less and less to a rushed and induced crisis mentality.

We all have the deep knowledge of our goals within us.

As we continue to learn how to listen and respond to this, our lives assume a steadier course, even while we deal with all the details of day-to-day living.

Peaceful Atmosphere

I am grateful for the peaceful atmosphere I find in crafty places.

Everyone I know is grateful for the peaceful atmosphere they find in crafty places.

Everyone I don’t even know is grateful for the peaceful atmosphere they find in crafty places.

-------------

While visiting a quilt store to get a portable cutting board and of course, some fabric, I talked with folks who were at the “Sit & Sew” on Wednesdays.

We always like to share what we are making, so I got to see some fabulous work on a couple of mystery quilts and a gift being made for a friend from Japan.

The atmosphere there is full of color, harmonious texture, and good conversation.

It felt great after being out for a short time in the holiday frenzy, which is not even really heating up yet.

I have found so many giving personalities in the quilt shops and yarn shops I frequent.

Everyone is always making something for someone.

It adds to a feeling of comfort and upliftment.

I was also grateful for the help I received in cleaning up an old CD.

I am in the middle of listening to Napoleon Hill’s book, “Think and Grow Rich”.

All my errands today were taken care of in truly helpful ways, and I am glad to be back home, taking the next steps on all my projects.

New Awareness

I am so glad to see new awareness coming to light.

Everyone I know is so glad to see new awareness coming to light.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so glad to see new awareness coming to light.

--------------

Extremes make things that were simply uncomfortable to the few who noticed it intolerable for the masses who are now becoming aware.

The groundwork of fore-thinkers has been laid.

More and more people are picking up on it.

The best communications from within are reaching mass communications without.

We can all feel it.

Awake!

Awake!

This is our time to notice.

This is our time to take action!

This is our time to become committed.

The ills that are showing up in such extreme light now are the same ones from forever.

We are now ready for a completely new way of looking at things, not just a fix, not just a step.

A leap!

There is so much more awareness now.

Providing Peace

I am grateful for the peace I have provided for myself today.

Everyone I know is grateful for the peace they have provided for themselves today.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is grateful for the peace they have provided for themselves today.

--------------

I am grateful for taking the stand for quietness.

I like that posture any day of the week, but I especially like it during the rush of the heavily-laden holidays.

Not only is it a personal stand away from painful family memories, but, also a stand for the right to be an introvert.

This combination works out best for me.

I have already taken care of some holiday expectations/obligations.

I will continue to prepare what I feel is important to me.

I will make my preparations in ways that I feel are most appropriate for me.

I am satisfied with my gifts.

I know the value of what I have to give.

I no longer compete in the rush of media harassment.

I step out of its way.

I proceed in my own way.

I make my own peaceful way.

This is what makes a holiday for me.

Grateful Progress

I am grateful for the progress I am making.

Everyone I know is grateful for the progress they are making.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world is grateful for the progress they are making.

--------------

The progress I am making shows up in different ways.

Sometimes I receive a great idea.

Sometimes I am able to feel compassion about an event.

Sometimes I am able to be more understanding.

Sometimes I am able to take action.

But something always happens.

I become more aware.

Sometimes I am able to take a new step on a project.

Sometimes I am able to help out in some way.

Sometimes I am able to take the last step and complete a project.

Sometimes I am able to communicate better.

I am learning to see everyone as precious.

I am learning to treat everyone better.

I am learning to feel conscious of my Oneness.

I am making progress.

My Thanksgiving Feast

I am so grateful for the quiet and peace of the season.

Everyone I know is so grateful for the quiet and peace of the season.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful for the quiet and peace of the season.

-------------

I choose to live in a different world.

I am watching the beginning of the shopping frenzy begin to hit, and I am watching the counter attacks against Black Friday and low wages.

However, I am living in a world of individual “outgo”.

What I am sending outward is my appreciation of the individuals that I know.

I am sending them peace and calm and poise.

I am sending this out to the people I don’t know as well.

I am adding to the peace and true joy of the season by keeping myself in this frame of mind.

Fortunately, I can feel the contrast when I go somewhere, and then I can reorient myself back to the peace and the calm.

Since we can feel the atmosphere of the places we go, and we bring our own atmosphere with us, it is important to be sure which attitude we are experiencing.

I am choosing to send out peace, calm, poise, appreciation, quietness and joy.

Please join me at my Thanksgiving feast.

Contemplating Light

I am contemplating light.

Everyone I know is contemplating light.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world is contemplating light.

-----------

What I am finding out about light is that is starts from within.

There is always a spark, sometimes buried very deep.

But it is there, safely hidden.

When we feel the warmth of the light from within, we shine brighter.

When we sense light from within someone else, it encourages our spark to begin to glow.

As we contemplate and reflect on our own light from within, we sense the light within others.

This light is what is bringing us loser together, to live and breathe and to act in harmony in community.

Recognizing What I Love

I am taking time to recognize what I love.

Everyone I know is taking time to recognize what they love.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is taking time to recognize what they love.

----------------

When I take time to recognize what I love, I am being authentic with myself.

When I don’t think I can do what I love, I am robbing myself.

Recognizing and acting on what we love places us in the world in a different and fulfilling way.

I am not torn away.

I have not forced myself to act on less than authentic reasons.

My expression is a priority.

This is a different way to live than we are normally presented.

If you are not living the way you love, what is your life about?

Who is it for?

Developing what you love is the surest way to a happy, productive, fulfilling and rich life.

Work for yourself, for your own goals.

Be willing to start so very small that no one will even notice.

Keep nurturing what you love.

Let it grow at its own rate.

And then, it will bloom, and you will bloom along with it.

Right Where I Am

I have what I need right where I am.

Everyone I know has what they need right where they are.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the world, has what they need right where the are.

----------------

I was surprised to see some old fence being torn down in the neighborhood I temporarily reside in.

I had “old fence” on my list of things I needed.

I have been knowing and affirming that I have what I need and want right where I am, right away.

My project needs a significant amount of old fence.

And now, some weeks away from when I first recognized a use for it, it has started appearing on my path.

This is, of course, the way the Universe takes care of us.

We receive the good ideas we need, and then they appear as the things we need to carry out the ideas.

Its all part of the flow.

The Beauty of My Surroundings

I breathe in the beauty of my surroundings.
Everyone I know breathes in the beauty of their surroundings.
Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, breathes in the beauty of their surroundings.
-------------

When I realize that every leaf turns toward the sun to receive and release its treasure, I feel the beauty and support of my surroundings.

When I listen for the thoughts that feed me and release me to share their inspiration, I feel the beauty and support of my surroundings.

I have had so many experiences where I am led to take a certain route, or I meet someone in an unexpected way, to know that there is a Higher Power and that I live in a Beneficent Universe.

I am surrounded by the beauty and power of this Universe and It expresses Itself as me and through me.

I receive ideas and I listen for direction.

All the ideas that all of us receive, when shared, are enough to bless and uplift everyone to live well and in harmony with each other.

These things show me the beauty of my surroundings.

Luxuries Around Us

I am grateful for the luxuries all around me.

Everyone I know is grateful for the luxuries all around them.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet is grateful for all the luxuries all around them.

------------

I have luxuries that I don’t even think about until they are interrupted.

One of these is heat.

The heating went out during a very cold spell.

Between Wednesday and Sunday, we were unable to have it repaired.

We were reminded of the luxury of having neighbors who loaned us a space heater.

We were reminded of the luxury of having quilts made by relatives who knew how to do that.

We were reminded of the luxury of being able to bake, which heated the kitchen, and to have good meals.

We were reminded of the luxury of layers of clothing.

We were reminded of the luxury to go other places to keep working - back to work, libraries, and internet cafes.

We discovered that it takes a lot of energy to stay warm; we just felt like hibernating.

With the heat back on, we are enjoying the luxury of not having to think about it and just doing what we need and want to do.

An incredible luxury.

A Wider Range of Friendship

When I see you, I know that we are friends.

When everyone I know sees you, they know that you are friends.

When everyone I don’t even know all over the planet sees you, they all know that you are friends together.

---------------

I am aware of all the people that I don’t know.

Wherever I go, I mostly don’t know anyone else.

But, I know we are friends.

This is how I am choosing to look at the world.

We all want the same things, to raise our families peacefully and in prosperity, and to live harmoniously in community with each other.

I think it is vitally important to think about and voice what we do want, because we are being harassed by the media so much of the time with negative and untrue images and attitudes.

What I enjoy with my friends everywhere is conversation.

I love what I learn about them and how they celebrate their lives.

We often have differing goals, but so far, they don’t conflict with each other.

Our goals often turn out to be complimentary.

Often, we can even suggest more friends for them to talk to to expand their projects.

We certainly have more friends than we think we have.

We couldn’t possibly get them all together in one place unless we see that place as the whole earth.

Then we have room for all our friends.

Let’s make sure that we help give everyone a good place to live.

That’s what I want for my friends.

Inspiring Work in an Old Setting

My first deep breath is gratitude for my ability to do new work in an old setting.

My second deep breath is gratitude for everyone I know being able to do new work in an old setting.

My third deep breath is gratitude for everyone I don’t even know all over the world being able to do new work in an old setting.

--------------

I am grateful for my new view of my work, and how it evolved in a new setting.

I felt freer to think in new directions.

I was able to release it into new thought paths in a new setting.

I have been collecting materials to bring the designs into production.

Now, back in my old setting, I have proven to myself that I can continue to move forward, despite old associations.

I am grateful for the inspired ideas which continue to come to me.

I am grateful for the concise physical set-up which allows me to keep working.

I am grateful for the appreciation for what I am doing.

It all supports me and makes me feel good in the work I am doing to uplift others.

Old and New

I am grateful to be returning to an old setting with a new view.

Everyone I know is grateful to be returning to an old setting with a new view.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is grateful to be returning to an old setting with a new view.

--------------

Even after being away for a short time, there is a higher sensing of the old situation because of new inputs from the new one.

New routines which have been established have to be interrupted, but their knowledge is there on a return to the old routines.

It gives me a dichotomy.

Not painful.

Somewhat more convenient in certain ways.

But different.

A return is never just a return.

We bring new insights with us as we compare and contrast old and new and old again.

I love my new situation but I am content to return to the old one as a temporary base.

My new chosen life continues here in the old setting.

It is different.

I am freer.
