Calm for Resolutions

I am grateful to see issues resolve for me.

Everyone I know is grateful to see issues resolve for themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is grateful to see issues resolve for themselves.

——————-

Sometimes we feel we are up against so many different problems we can’t find our way through them.

Taking the calming three deep breaths gives me a way to transition to a calmer moment.

Then I can listen for the next step.

Often, as I am calming myself, I am free to receive an idea.

The more I maintain my calm, the more confident I become.

Then, as I take the first step, the next ones flow.

When I see someone who is facing the same kind of confusion and disorientation, I can support their ability to become calm so that they, too, can listen for the next step.

Looking at the kinds of inequities and disturbances all around the world, it is good just to take a moment to become calm so that the people responsible for settling them can feel support toward finding the resolutions.

Even though I can’t participate directly, I know that sharing a calm outlook helps contribute to the solutions and resolutions we are all looking for.
