Not Torn, Not Broken

I am not torn.  I am not broken.

Everyone I know is not torn, nor are they broken.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is not torn, nor are they broken.

------------------
Challenging, and even horrifying, circumstances may come to us in some form.

Even if it is something personal and even physical, we are still only witnesses.

There is something deeper inside us, that witnesses to a deeper core truth.

This truth is that we exist in an unbreakable form, with an unresisting spirit.

When we do not resist the “evidence” that is flying around us, we can use our energy to focus on something else.

Something quieter.

Something within.

Something we know to be true whatever circumstances are around us.

The truth of unbreakable love, unbreakable spirit.

The truth of non-resistance.

Looking within at our love and our spirit, we find that they are part of an infinite Universe.

A beneficent Universe.

Staying focused and connected to the love and spirit within leads us down an entirely different path.

We can walk through the torn and broken countryside surrounding us with a peace and love that radiates outward.

It heals us from within and is a guiding and attracting presence to all others around us who feel it.

Not torn, not broken.

Healed.

My Day of Harmony

Today is my day of harmony.

Today is a day of harmony for everyone I know.

Today is a day of harmony for everyone I don’t even know all over the planet.

-------------------

My harmonious day is based on what I know from within to be true.

I know that all my resources come from within.

They show up as I need them and as I become conscious of them.

My needs coincide with what others have to offer.

What I have to offer coincides with what others need.

When I tune in to my greatest gifts and express them, they attract those who are ready for them.

When I listen for my direction, I am led to follow the steps that are most beneficial for my growth and development.

I always have what is most important to me.

My path is a bright light.

All who can benefit from what I have to offer, see me.

The Peace of Being Fulfilled

My first deep breath of inspiration is that I feel the peace of being fulfilled.

My second deep breath of inspiration is that everyone I know feels the peace of being fulfilled.

My third deep breath of inspiration is that everyone I don’t know all over the planet feels the peace of being fulfilled.

--------------------

Living and breathing in the peace of being deeply fulfilled is so satisfying.

Finding the path and walking in it is a completely different kind of experience than the search.

The search was necessary.

It was challenging.

It developed strengths.

It defined purpose.

But actually walking in it surpasses any of the combinations of events that has brought it to pass.

It is more than being obedient.

More than being disobedient.

More than either following or breaking the rules.

It is so much more than following someone else’s direction or listening to their opinions.

Good trials, though.

Everything has served to define purpose and path.

And now I have that fulfillment.

Love Around Me

My first deep breath of inspiration for myself is that I see the love around me.

My second deep breath of inspiration for all the people I know is that they see the love around them.

My third deep breath of inspiration for all the people I don’t even know all over the planet is that they see the love around them.
---------------------

Sometimes I am so focused on the past that I do not see the present.

Sometimes, the pain of the past is so intense, that I forget that I am in a new place.

So, now I am remembering all the wonderful and good experiences, both from the past and from the present that have put me where I am today.

There are simple things.

There are birds chirping outside.

It is a beautiful, sunshiny day.

I have the most wonderful husband in the world.

Thank goodness he and I have had the time and opportunity now that our many children are on their own, to discover aspects of each other we have never known.

Thank goodness we have had the opportunity to unravel and address past issues that were always under the surface.

Thank goodness for all the solutions and the patience to search them out.

Thank goodness for the opportunity to let all the good ideas we have talked and talked about begin to take shape.

I am so grateful for the love all around us and I know that others will find that love all around them as they remain true to what is important to them and give it time to find its own path.
