Taking Each Step

My first deep breath is a breath of trust for each step that I take toward my goal.

My second deep breath is a breath of trust for each step that everyone I know takes toward their goal.

My third deep breath is a breath of trust for each step that everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, takes toward their goal.

———————-

Each step promises fulfillment.

It is a microcosm of the whole goal.

It gives a holographic view.

In quality and direction, each step characterizes the whole project.

This reminds me to be happy with all the little things that happen along the way.

I get to see the equivalent of each leaf, each bud, each root as the project develops.

I can trust that the seed I plant in the ground will grow in a characteristic way.

I can also trust that the beginnings of an idea will also grow to fulfillment.

Going Deeper

I feel myself searching for the deep peace that includes all of us.

Everyone I know feels themselves searching for the deep peace that includes all of us.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, searching for the deep peace that includes all of us.

—————-

It is in the air.

It is a great disturbance, disrupting the old practices which are trying to come back with even greater ferocity.

But they cannot.

The old mentality which used to justify exclusivity has been replaced.

Instead, the innovations which can care for all of us have been revealing themselves at every turn.

It is actually a great comfort to see the disruption.

The old skin is being shed to make room for greater growth and expression.

Our awareness and progress is part of what is causing the disruption.

Collectively, we have arrived at a new point, and the rest of us are being dragged into realizing it.

Watch the old try to hang on.

It is a good show.

Be active in supporting the forward moves.

But live and work from your deeper peace.

The Essence of Who You Are

I draw on the essence of who I am.

Everyone I know draws on the essence of who they are.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, draws on the essence of who they are.

——————

The beginnings of character, taught and exemplified to us when we are small, are what grow within us.

We measure ourselves against those standards.

We see how others are expressing them, or sometimes, not expressing them, and we look at ourselves again.

We continually cultivate the higher essence.

We seek to uplift.

We look for ways to serve.

We notice the “small” judgements we make.

We become aware of them and work to redirect, appreciate and become generous in our assessments.

What we hold within about anyone else becomes what we see in ourselves.

So we uplift and purify our own judgements, in order to uplift and purify our own essence.

Then, out of that great reservoir, we let our essence create an inspiring life.

Deep Tranquility

I find my being in tranquility.

Everyone I know finds their being in tranquility.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, finds their being in tranquility.

———————

What is my being?

How do I find it?

Listening deeply gives me the quiet reflection I need to tap into my being.

At the core of me is molten, hot, pliable, energetic tranquility, ready for powerful action.

I feel directed by my own desires, in harmony with who I really am.

This alignment never fails to produce a calm inner joy.

I find my own, and I can act easily from it.

When I need answers for myself, I ask, and they are readily supplied.

There is only hesitation and delay when I am trying to solve a problem which is outside my being, something someone else has imposed on me.

When I do get my own answer to my own questions, it takes me far away, out of their sphere.

And so, as I discover my inner being, I also discover it is not so hard to live, after all.

Take the Little Steps

I realize that the little steps I take help me reach my goal.

Everyone I know realizes that the little steps they take help them reach their goals.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, realizes that the little steps they take help them reach their goals.

——————-

It always looks so glamorous and powerful to see movies that encapsulate time and show triumphant big steps.

But that is not how it works.

First of all, for there to even be a story, there had to be thousands of little steps in a person’s life.

Even to put together a small project takes many little steps.

If you are trying to overcome a problem, it may take many little steps just to take the first little step.

Then, the next step takes the same route, lots of preparatory little steps, in order to take the next little step.

At least, that is how it ha been working in my life.

I am learning to let things take how every many steps they need in order to map out the route and to allow me to develop the courage and strength to take those first little steps.

And I celebrate them.

I acknowledge them.

Lately, I have been telling myself that it is perfectly reasonable that it should take me how ever long it does, because I am overcoming so many years and fears about a problem.

So when I take any little step, I am so very proud and grateful.

And I am reaching my goal through the many little steps I am taking.

Rock Your World with Peace

When disturbing events rock my world, I return to my reservoir of peace.

When disturbing events rock the world of everyone I know, they return to their reservoirs of peace.

When disturbing events rock the world of everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, they return to their reservoirs of peace.

——————
A peace reservoir consists of all the thoughts and actions you perform to keep yourself calm.

They can grow naturally when you are happy.

They can be cultivated when you find yourself in a disturbing situation, by turning within to listen for a moment of calm.

Whatever situation arises, there is always a place of peace.

Consistently returning to listen within, builds up a collection of peaceful moments and peaceful feelings.

Even though you may feel pulled in a direction of fear or outrage, you can still return to your collection of peaceful moments and add to it.

I am starting a new practice where I fill myself up with peace and inspiration before I look at the day’s news, so that I already have a foundation for my day.

Then, as I read the news stories and take action where I can, I know that I am helping contribute to the peace and solutions that are possible.

This allows me to continue to prosper by making intelligent decisions instead of getting pulled off course by reaction to them.

To Create Peace

In order to create peace, I start with my own life.

In order to create peace, everyone I know starts with their own life.

In order to create peace, everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, starts with their own life.

————————

To start, I take a deep breath.

I will move with calm today.

I will not be rushed.

I will find the peaceful things around me to appreciate, how beautiful the clouds are, a lovely drive in the country, now nice for someone to hold the door for me.

I will let my appreciation and my peace expand.

I will be patient with myself and with others.

I will listen attentively in conversation.

I will be grateful for good work, for politeness, for sincerity.

I will look at the world with imagination.

I will expect solutions to appear for all of us.

And I will imagine that everyone is creating more peace in their life, too.

Gasps of New Air

I am gasping great breaths of new air in this new climate of agitation.

Everyone I know is gasping great breaths of new air in this new climate of agitation.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, gasping great breaths of new air in this new climate of agitation.

——————

As we gasp for new breath in this new climate of agitation, we are all finding common ground and new solutions.

Although we cannot tell what is being brought forth, we know we are attending a new birth.

Definite stands against going backwards to limited rights and freedoms are being supported vehemently.

A desperate struggle to confine everyone’s rights and desires to expand their freedom is being loudly and futilely waged.

We are in the thralls of creating a new and stronger way to live which includes good for everyone.

It can no longer be limited by narrow interpretations and practices.

Long years of debate have hammered out the freedoms for more and more people to enjoy and practice.

Now, they are fully escaping for everyone.
