Wait To Receive

I am grateful for learning to wait to receive.

Everyone I know is grateful for learning to wait to receive.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is grateful for learning to wait to receive.

--------------------
When I decide what I need, and it is very obvious and easy to do so, I am planning based on what I know.

When I am really waiting to receive, I am willing to receive beyond what I know.

I am grateful to learn that there is much to receive that I do not know.

It is beyond my experience and beyond my imagination.

It is in a world that I am only dimly aware of in my quietest moments.

I know that I am in that world and that it is in me, because I can feel it.

But I cannot direct it.

It is for me, but only when I am quiet enough to really listen.

The action which comes from that kind of listening is effortless.

It is creative and simple and fulfilling in a way I cannot describe.

It is like being given a present that is full of grace for everyone.

And I have the privilege of being present and aware of it.

This is the gift I can receive if I am willing to wait for it.

If I am willing to let the gift be given, I can receive it.
