Calm Within Me

I am glad to find calm within me.

Everyone I know is glad to find calm within them.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is glad to find calm within them.

——————-

With all the various circumstances and stresses we all deal with, it is easy to become confused and upset.

By taking three deep breaths and turning within to find the deep peace that is available there, I find that I can slow myself down enough to hear it.

I have learned to identify the calm feeling with a sense of guidance and presence.

When I truly feel this peace, I can hear the solutions from within.

They are calm, gentle, and practical.

When I act on them, they take me to the places I need to be and put me in touch with the people who can most benefit me and whom I can most benefit.

I have seamless connections.

Projects become fun.

I can feel good about the progress that is being made.

I am happy to be where I am and who I am.

I love the people who come into my life through the deep calm in all our lives.

I am grateful for this resource which I can call upon at any time.

Celebrate Peace Within

I am so glad to celebrate the peace within me.

Everyone I know is so glad to celebrate the peace within themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so glad to celebrate the peace within themselves.

——————

Seeking out moments and places and images that give me peace is so rewarding.

It relaxes me.

I can feel good about so many more things when I start with peace and happiness within me.

It is worth taking the time to learn more ways of activating peace within just in order to experience a better life.

It attracts more peace to us and dilutes the impersonal hostility and harshness which may appear far too often.

A deep breath is an expression of peace.

A quiet thought is an expression of peace.

A gentle movement is an expression of peace.

A quiet compliment is an expression of peace.

All these simple things set vibrations in motion which counteract, to an extent, the more violent ones and take away some of their power.

We all move toward what feels good once we figure out the difference between that and what feels familiar.

We can make the changes within ourselves and celebrate all the peace.

How To Listen Within

I am so grateful I know how to listen within.

Everyone I know is so grateful to know how to listen within.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful to know how to listen within.

———————

Learning to simply get quiet and breathe in a relaxing manner is the first step to listening within.

It is a completely different feeling from being busy and rushed.

Taking the time to cultivate this ability is the key.

Then, as you squat paying attention to all the reminders and opinions occupying space in your mind, and simply breathe, you can hear the deep thoughts within.

These can become a habitual resource as you accustom yourself to this new feeling.

Then, as you listen for the feeling, you will start getting answers and solutions to questions which you have been carrying around.

You will find you can turn to this deep resource within for anything.

You can find your heart’s guidance there.

You can be guided and led to take steps in your own behalf toward the way you truly want to live.

You can find peaceful ways of doing things.

You can find practical inspiration.

Sitting quietly wherever you are, as you move yourself to quiet, mindful listening, you will see more peace around you, too.

Finding Peaceful Thoughts Within

I am so grateful to find my peaceful thoughts within.

Everyone I know is so grateful to find their peaceful thoughts within.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful to find their peaceful thoughts within.

———————

I am finding that I can simply go back to what is important and happy and delightful in my own thought whenever I drift toward the past or some disturbing current event.

It is a case of where I choose to focus my thought.

Happy - Sad.

Where I can experience some good - Where it is futile for me to do anything.

Of course, I lend my uplifting perspective to whatever I think about, but I don’t even have to stay there.

I can cultivate more and more peace within me, so that I radiate it when I am around others.

Since the peace within each of us comes from an unlimited Source, we can cultivate it and expand its presence in our lives at any time.

I listen to the sounds in my new chosen environment.

I hear the rhythms of Nature, the wind, the bird and insect sounds.

I tune in to the feelings of peace around me and within me.

I lead a happy, delighted sense of life now.

I can go there in thought whoever I choose to, and I can renew it by frequent visits to natural settings as well.

A Successful Day

I am grateful for the night sounds which tell me that a successful day is done.

Everyone I know is grateful for the night sounds which tell them that a successful day is done.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet,  is grateful for the night sounds which tell them that a successful day is done.

————————

After beginning my day with rigorous spiritual study and discussion, I am amazed at what gets accomplished in a relatively short period of time.

It is as though time is extended to take in the ideas of spiritual commitment and freedom, and then compressed so that things get done in a very short period of time.

In addition, things that have been on hold waiting for solutions are suddenly solved and able to move forward.

I have never had this kind of experience over and over again in quite the same way.

I am not praying for solutions as I have done in the past.

I am simply performing my study and staying alert to my spiritual practice.

When I do need to solve a problem, I think about it and look for solutions during the time I am considering it.

I make notes and track down resources.

Then I let it go completely and return to my spiritual study.

Some time later, weeks, months, maybe only a few days, I get my answer in an effortless way that includes exactly what I need right in front of me.

It is certainly a new way to live.

At the end of the day, I am ready to enjoy the night sounds and sky, with a feeling of gratitude and an awareness of a direct and personal sense of presence and peace.

Peace and Awe.
