Unexpected Help

I am grateful for the help that moves me forward.

Everyone I know is grateful for the help that moves them forward.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world, is grateful for the help that moves them forward.

--------------------

I am grateful for the unknown elements that occur in my life and move me toward the conscious goals that I have articulated.

I know that I am also being moved toward a larger picture and that I am only aware of some of the components.

We are all taking steps in some direction.

If we are naming the desired direction, we start on that way.

If we are letting events and circumstances name the direction by ruminating about those, we are on that path.

Either path will take up the time in our life.

I am learning to take even unpleasant events to a place where I can interpret them as moving me forward.

Then I don’t get stuck in the event, but I make it meaningful to me in a productive way.

In the World Outside

My first deep breath is for observation.

My second deep breath is for awareness.

My third deep breath is for recording.

-------------------

When I take a deep breath and look around, I am able to see what is close to me and what is far away.

When I take a second deep breath, I am aware of smaller things and how they fit into the infinite Universe.

When I take a third deep breath, I am able to consider and record what I see through writing and through diagrams.

As a practice in observation, awareness and recording, I become attuned to what is around me, big and small.

I see how I interact with it, quietly, through observation, and also through actions, small and large.

Writing down my observations integrates them into my mind and heart and soul.

Drawing diagrams of what I see helps me remember what it felt like while I was there.

Taking time to observe lets me be closer to my surroundings.

I become more aware of my place, both in my current location, and as part of the Universe.

Recording my thoughts lets me consider my actions.

I know better how I fit into the large picture and how to take care of my part in the smaller one.

Experiencing What Is Good

I am so grateful to experience what is good today.

Everyone I know is so grateful to experience what is good today.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is so grateful to experience what is good today.

------------------
I see many examples of support for individuals through social media.

It is so wonderful to have that outlet and communication.

When someone presents a problem or dilemma, there are numerous people to chime in with help.

Together they give a rich resource of their collective experiences.

Their ideas can help turn a situation around, and open up the person to at least the fact that there are solutions.

That is one of the many things that is good today.

Anything that gets us looking at what is good, increases the good in our lives.

What we look at, increases.

What we practice, increases.

What we focus on, increases.

Despite the media campaigns about what is bad, or solving what is bad, we can keep finding the places of good, even as we support the solutions that make sense to us.

Finding the places of good and staying there in our thoughts, will take us and keep us in those places in life.

As we learn this, we can do it.

Every one of us can practice this, everyone all over the world.

My Chosen Path

I feel the peace of a chosen career.

Everyone I know feels the peace of a chosen career.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world feels the peace of a chosen career.

----------------

For the first time in my life, I am living and working from a basis of peace.

I have chosen my career this time and acquired the skills to practice it.

It is far-reaching and embraces all my creative skills.

I am fulfilled and happy.

I establish my baseline in the morning with inspirational study and writing.

Throughout the day, I return to inspirational study as I create my products.

I am learning to move away from roadblocks and let my inspiration redirect me rather than trying to fight them or overcome them.

I am finding more and better places for my work.

I move effortlessly in the direction of their fulfillment.

Everything is aligned with my new chosen path.

I am using newly acquired skills and techniques to practice my new life path.

Whatever was useful in the past has been retained.

Whatever was not, no longer has a place.

I am proceeding on firm and confident ground.

I have complete respect for my priorities and for myself.

I love this life with the security of believing in myself.

Basking in the Presence

I bask in the presence and guidance of the Universe.

Everyone I know basks in the presence and guidance of the Universe.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world, basks in the presence and guidance of the Universe.
----------------

The guidance and presence of the Universe give me good ideas.

They are fulfilling and lead me to bless others with them.

I am led to release and present them in a way that is most accessible to those whom they can most benefit.

That way, I share my understanding and appreciation of the gifts of the Universe.

We can all receive gifts from the Universe right where we are.

When we listen within, we find the gifts.

The gifts we receive, being infinite, are to be shared with everyone who can possibly receive them.

The Universe brings us together and creates the exchange.

We are all blessed.

No one is left out in the Universe.

Growing Awareness of Our Connections

I am grateful for growing awareness of our connections.

Everyone I know is grateful for growing awareness of our connections.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is grateful for our growing awareness of our connections.

-------------------

Because of the shutdown of the American government, more of us are aware of our connections to each other, to the environment, to the simplest things in living.

Because of that awareness, we are realizing we have the power, together, to do things.

Amazingly, a coalition of groups reelected our current president.

A coalition of people have accomplished amazing things in other countries as well.

It feels to me like our growing awareness of all of us is taking us in the direction of wanting to see good for all of us.

The issues have gotten so big and they affect all of us in very visible ways.

I am grateful for the solutions already in place in so many countries.

It is wonderful to read the actions that have been taken in Paul Hawken’s book Blessed Unrest and in his book which he co-authored, Natural Capitalism.

Clearly, we love solutions.

And, apparently, this opportunity has come about where we will now demand them.

It has been amazing to watch the degradation of democracy in our own country.

But it will be even more amazing to watch it be restored on an even stronger foundation, one of awareness, starting right now.
