Breathe in the Moment

I am complete as I breathe in this moment.

Everyone I know is complete as they breathe in this moment.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is complete as they breathe in this moment.

Each new step brings new experiences.

Instead of reacting to each one, I can take a breath and feel the presence of what I need to know.

When I am hit with so many new experiences that I do not have time to stop and respond with a breath, I can still remember that I am part of the Infinite calm.

That allows me to adjust my overall rhythm so that I can take in what I need to at the moment.

I breathe in the security and certainty of the Infinite as I begin my day.

That presence includes everything I will deal with throughout my day.

I can turn within for a brief moment, and catch a reassuring glimpse.

I can feel the direction of my next step and take it.

Every once in a while, as I pause, I can feel the infinite picture and my place in it.

I am sure of my direction.

I feel the fulfilment of my vision coming nearer and nearer.

All the details are being filled in from the Infinite, a much larger viewpoint than I can sustain.

I can experience the results of being tuned into the Infinite, though.

All the things that I love are contained in the Infinite.

My desire and efforts to move in the direction of doing what I love to do has placed me within the power of the Infinite.

My consistent love and listening connects me with every delightful detail to fulfill  my vision.

I am content with my purpose.

I breathe in my inspiration as well as my certainty.

I am where I need to be.

I love this moment of discovery and affirmation.

I am complete as I breathe in this moment of certainty and fulfilment.

Breathing in Peace

I am breathing in peace.

Everyone I know is breathing in peace.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is breathing in peace.

I am not sure exactly when it happened, but I must have crossed some kind of border because I am walking around and doing things in complete peace.

I am still threatened by the panic attacks, but they are in a much reduced state and in the background.

The foreground is peace, and more peace.

I am experiencing my daily life but without the protective pain filters.

Even though the wall of filters has been getting thinner, I still had plenty in place.

I now acknowledge the distorting view created by the filters along with its cause.

There is nothing I can do about the abuse, but acknowledge that I have lived through it and beyond.

I was given a compassionate technique to move through the abuse and to find loving hands on the other side.

I participated in an intuitive drawing exercise and found embracing arms.

I am experiencing the world through fewer filters and breathing in peace.

I am walking without burden.

I am taking in my surroundings in stead of shutting them out.

The world is brighter.

I can enjoy myself.

Breathing in peace is no small accomplishment.

I am grateful for the steps which have brought me here.

To have the realisation of living without fear in my lifetime is absolutely amazing and, honestly, totally unexpected.

My life was all about coping.

To go beyond coping to walking and living and breathing in peace is a miracle.

Peaceful Adjustments

I am feeling adjustments to deep peace.

Everyone I know is feeling adjustments to deep peace.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is feeling adjustments to deep peace.

Making the effort to observe and to establish new peaceful habits is having unexpected effects.

In addition to altering my conscious behaviour, it is having an effect on my body.

The many times I have felt anxious have transmitted themselves to the tension and anxiety in my body.

With my greater awareness of embracing peaceful responses, my body is also becoming more balanced and calm.

I appreciate the evening out of my physical responses to ideas which used to create a disturbing response.

I am more conscious and consistent about my application of peace-giving techniques.

I slow my breathing, I repeat solution-oriented affirmations and I stop the feedback loop.

Then I listen for the results of the solution-oriented affirmation I am repeating, and I experience peace.

My consistency is releasing me from the build-up of tension.

My body is learning a different set of reactions.

This is giving me a calmer state to live in.

My attention to cultivating deep peace in my life is having a strong effect on my body.

I am able to give my attention to accomplishing things which are important to me.

My body supports me in its healthier state.

I am so very grateful.

Peaceful Adjustments

I feel peace as I move into my new place.

Everyone I know feels peace as they move into their new place.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet feels peace as they move into their new place.

The promise of a lifetime of fulfilment is occurring as I move into my new place.

All the elements which have come before are settling gently into place.

I feel a deep disposition of peace as everything moves effortlessly into arrangement.

The deep feeling within me is manifesting itself all around me.

I have a joyous sense of expectancy and trust.

All the things I identity as good and fun and beautiful and lovely are bringing me where I can enjoy and express them.

I love my relationship to my new place.

I have created this atmosphere so consistently that it is drawing me to my new place with assurance.

I feel a sense of grace as I move toward it.

I am sure of who I am and what I express.

My abundance is a daily expression.

It is wonderful to see how my daily practice is shaping my next steps and placing me in a wonderful setting.

As I listen within, I am connected to the next step.

I fill in the openings with the resources at hand.

What is useful appears as I need it.

Resources which have been waiting are coming into play.

I am so grateful for this moment as I move into expression of ideas which I love and my new place to express them.

Everything is included in peaceful abundance.

Our New Course

I am relieved to recognise my new course.

Everyone I know is relieved to recognise their new course.

Everyone I don’t even know, all one rate planet, is relieved to recognise their new course.

As my new course appears, I realise I am placing it on the uplifting ground I have been discovering for myself.

My life purpose emerges to uplift not only myself, but others who come into contact with me and who can be benefitted by my actions.

I realize that my own motives have grown beyond their original intent.

To live with a sense of balance, all aspects of all peoples in the world must be able to live in balance.

How does my work contribute?

By being aware that my actions impact whatever I think about, I want to be sure that they are considerate.

I want to be a conscious earth-steward.

I want to use vocabulary which reflects awareness of the larger world and the larger picture.

My own life illustrates what I am aware of.

It illustrates my response to the bigger picture.

Who is not benefitting from where and how they are living?

Are there things which we as individuals and members of local groups can do to increase well-being for others?

Let us set our course to include everyone, by beginning with what is close to us.

How can our local actions benefit the local air and water?

How can our actions benefit those who need more encouragement?

Which resources can we use to reset our course?

Let us use them.

Let us make sure that education resources are reaching everyone, in ways which will help them make consistent improvement.

Let us make sure that environmental resources are creating healthy surroundings.

Let us increase our compassion in ways which recognise the contributions of people and increase their ability to live with dignity.

Our new course can be reset with the resources which are currently available as we redirect it in ways which are uplifting, inclusive and compassionate.

Gaining Strength

I gain strength as I take the next step.

Everyone I know gains strength by taking the next step.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, gains strength by taking the next step.

In a new situation, I figure things out by taking the next step.

Even when my new goal is desirable, I still have to figure out what steps to take.

When I experience confusion or feel overwhelmed by challenges, my desire to move forward reminds me to reference my calm within.

Then I can feel the direction I need to go.

I gain strength through the process of listening and acting.

After each step, I am stronger, both in listening and in acting.

My goal comes closer and closer and I can see how to fill in the gaps.

I can refine the product as I take more refined steps.

My goal becomes more powerful as I present it more specifically.

It takes shape as I become more skilful.

My confidence increases as I see my goal begin to emerge.

I feel the joy of creativity and completion throughout the whole process.

I continue gaining strength as I prove myself through listening and acting.

My character improves as I become more consistent in listening and acting.

I make fewer mistakes.

I connect efficiently with resources as I strengthen my listening skills.

Less time is wasted as I refine my abilities in every way.

As I enter into new territory, and learn to interact in a new environment, my past history of listening and acting shows my new strength.

I am able to accomplish any new goal which feels satisfying and happy and desirable, while building up my strength of character.

I am able to enjoy and share my new adventures with confidence through the strength I have gained.

Organizing for Release

I see my ideas come together for this release.

Everyone I know sees their ideas come together for release.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet sees their ideas come together for release.

As I see my ideas come together, I sense a larger plan for their organization and release.

All the elements are balanced and proportionate.

They are uplifting in their design.

They have a good message to carry.

There is an easy flow to their release.

I feel privileged to see this new step of progress.

All of the development has been done, from nurturing to completeness.

There is a sense of contentment and fulfilment as the release mechanism is designed.

Nurturing the ideas from conception through all the stages of growth has caused me to grow and to expand my view.

I see my ideas going into the world to inspire others as they have inspired me.

I am humbled as I watch them make their way into the lives of others.

Those who commit themselves to study and contemplation of my ideas will find their lives enhanced.

They will experience changes for the better.

They will find access to to new ideas from unexpected directions.

They will connect with those who are most suited to benefit from their associations.

Their emerging strength will attract to them those with healthy and uplifting goals.

Their ability to continue taking tiny steps will lead them where they can best serve.

The structure and organization of my ideas makes it easy for others to access and use them.

They will love the opportunities presented which make a spiritual vocabulary one of their daily resources.

They will feel challenged and contented and happy as they continue growing.

They will wrestle with unfamiliar ideas until they gain the value from them.

Their commitment will bring them the happiness and sense of purpose they seek.
