The Feeling of Good Ideas

I love the feeling of getting good ideas.

Everyone I know loves the feeling of getting good ideas.

Everyone I don’t even know all offer the planet, loves the feeling of getting good ideas.

———————

It is so wonderful to know that whenever I take the time to listen, the world is full of good ideas.

When I need an idea, it is there for me.

Recently, I needed ideas for a music story.

As I began writing, the ideas were so plentiful that I realized there were too many for just one story, so I moved some of the ideas to a second file.

Even with the second music story, there were enough ideas to start a third one.

I opened a third file and moved them to it.

Then I listened for more ideas to complete the third story.

I kept listening until there were enough ideas.

I am so grateful because with the three stories, children will be able to understand the concept much better.

I am learning that whatever I need, it is right where I am, right in front of me.

I have a sense of expectation now, on a regular basis.

As I remind myself of this fact, it opens up the way for me to do whatever I am involved in.

Retraining the Body

I am grateful to learn how to retrain my body in addition to retraining my mind.

Everyone I know is grateful to learn how to retrain their body in addition to retraining their mind.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is grateful to learn how to retrain their body in addition to retraining their mind.

————————-

As I explore the new techniques which release me to live the life I desire to live, I have noticed that my body still retains many of its reactions to old situations even though they no longer occur.

I realized that the deep physical impressions have to be consciously retrained in order to be released as well.

As I have taken the steps to retrain my mind to choose the things that make me happy, I can now release my body to have calmer and happier experiences.

The specific behaviors of my parents are becoming clearer to me as I search for solutions.

I am able to put in words what those behaviors meant, and to give myself new words in order to give myself my desired release.

I no longer have to live in those situations, and I no longer have to act out my response to them in my body.

My body is free to respond to my current self-chosen, self-directed life, and I can enjoy myself, body and soul.

This is a new revelation to me and a very welcome step.

Time to Reflect

I am so grateful for time to reflect.

Everyone I know is so grateful for time to reflect.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful for time to reflect.

——————

With time to reflect, I can feel what is important to me.

I am not just pushed around by my surroundings and the opinions of other people.

I can feel the deep peace and listen for what is truly mine.

I can feel the presence of guidance and the quiet urge to take the first and then the next steps.

I see the reassurance of billions of leaves on thousands of trees and see how each leaf gets its maximum good exposure to the sun, turning itself.

It fulfills its role to create oxygen and to serve one of its many purposes on the earth.

I, too, have the reassurance of turning myself to the Source of all good ideas, and I, too, can follow my inner guidance to fulfill my purpose on the earth.

I notice how the leaves do not create movement for themselves.

They move at the urging of the wind, and the swaying of their tree.

Sometimes they move a lot, sometimes only a little, sometimes not at all.

They continue fulfilling their role, nonetheless.

I, too, sometimes act, sometimes, listen, sometimes meditate.

I am fulfilling my role.

Reflection lets me know this.

Quiet assurance gives me the only security I need.

Changes in the Weather

I am grateful for the weather and its changes.

Everyone I know is grateful for the weather and its changes.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet, is grateful for the weather and its changes.

——————-

We have had extremes in the weather.

For several years we had drought conditions.

For the last several weeks there has been so much rain, I wondered when the new garden plants would ever see sunlight.

The changes in the weather give us a perspective in how to balance our lives.

Sometimes there is a lot of work on a project.

But it is not yet time for it to launch.

However, when everything is completed and it is the right time, it will launch.

The overarching, long-term weather conditions do indicate trends.

We learn to adjust our step, to prepare ourselves for changes.

We learn not to take things for granted.

We may even learn new skills.

When we learn to keep our balance under changing circumstances, we also learn that other people are going through the same kinds of situations.

We become more compassionate as we all take on new views and gain new skills.

Weather changes can keep us alert about our life in general, and help us be supportive of those who are also facing changes in their lives.

Moving Toward Love

I breathe in the privilege of doing things I love.

Everyone I know breaths in the privilege of doing things they love.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet breathes in the privilege of ding things they love.

——————

The things we truly love are the things which satisfy us most deeply.

When we are engaged in doing them, we are adding to the happiness of everyone around us as well.

We naturally express a lighter attitude, a sense of awareness that happiness is possible and that we are part of it.

It is a worthwhile goal to discover what it is that we love to do and to include little steps toward it every day.

I am amazed that this can be done and that it can be accomplished, not all at once, but by building the foundation and continuing to walk in that direction.

Love is the greatest power and it will take you where you want to go.

Simply accept it.

Do what you can to continue taking those tiny steps.

Acknowledge what you love and you will be taken there in a gentle and powerful way.

Do not try to figure out how.

The Universe always has you in mind and is always working in your behalf.

Trust that fact and feel its benevolence.

Take your first step.

Gratitude for Family

I am happy that I can be grateful for family.

Everyone I know is happy they can be grateful for family.

Everyone I don’t know all over the planet is happy they can be grateful for family.

——————

For many years, family happiness has been denied to me.

There were so many emotional disruptions from the past that carried themselves into the present, that it became harder and harder for me to enjoy family get-togethers.

Finally, in an attempt to simply give myself peace, I decided to spend holidays in quiet settings where I could remember that I loved family members, but not get caught up in holiday chaos.

When I would try to get together with smaller groups, I would still find myself reacting and have to leave.

Even when I would bring knitting or other handwork to distract myself and to give myself a focus, I would be able to maintain it only for so long.

So, I resorted to very short visits, or to just corresponding with family members.

Finally, at a graduation get-together, I found myself erupting with stomach disorders.

As I tried and tried to maintain my poise, I finally realized there was something much bigger going on.

I had never been able to detect it in the past.

But this time, I gained some insight from all the studying and workshops I had attended.

My nervous system had become used to behaving in a disruptive way whenever I was given the opportunity to do something fun for me.

It was easy to trace this back to long term child trauma.

I had overcome many aspects of the trauma, but had never made this connection.

With that conscious realization and acknowledgment of the problem, I had my solution.

I was able to join my family for the next group meal, and although I did some handwork that I enjoy doing, I was also able to participate fully in the conversation for the entire duration of the celebration.

This is a landmark for me of great significance.

Through all I have learned, I was able to take the one next step which led to a conclusion which brought a long-buried disrupter to the forefront of my consciousness.

I cannot even describe how this has lightened my load.

A whole world is open to me which has been long-denied.

I am prepared to meet this disruptor again and again until its habitual antics are replaced my own conscious decisions.

I know I can build a new pattern for myself of my own choosing.

I am grateful for this one tiny step in a very longline of tiny steps which has given me this freedom.

More Opportunities to Grow

I am grateful that more opportunities to grow keep presenting themselves.

Everyone I know is grateful that more opportunities to grow keep presenting themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet, is grateful that more opportunities to grow keep presenting themselves.

——————-

Even though it is sometimes uncomfortable or even painful to discover the need for growth, it makes a valuable contribution to moving me forward in my life.

Often, the same situations which occur are very comfortable and easy to deal with.

New situations and people with differing opinions are some of the ways that I discover new opportunities for growth.

It is important to realize that people have different life experiences which shape their views and practices.

It is valuable to realize that the Universe has provided for all of us to be here.

Since the Universe is unlimited and infinite, it makes sense that the views of different people in different circumstances would also be varied.

The more I can appreciate the infinite variety of all of us who live on this planet, the more expansive my view can be.

I am grateful for the many new ways we can all become aware of each other, not just through the views of news agencies, but the many personal views through social media.

There are common planetary interests which unite us and many different approaches to to their solutions.

Every time we consider one of them, we grow some more.

We open ourselves to include more than our own opinion.

Whether the experiences are comfortable or uncomfortable they contribute to our growth.
