Surrounded by Harmony

I am surrounded by harmony.

Everyone I know is surrounded by harmony.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is surrounded by harmony.

-----------------

As I take in a deep breath of peace and release it, I am surrounded by harmony.

I hear the words of the news stories, but what I feel deeply within and all around me, is harmony.

I am sending out harmony with every breath I release.

I am diluting the sense of tension and panic and fear with every breath I release.

I breathe in harmonious ideas for my day.

I breathe in harmonious replies in conversation no matter how provoked I am.

I breathe in appreciation for some facet of everyone I come in contact with, regardless of their treatment of me.

I am present in harmony.

I refuse to add to grief, discomfort, disappointment or any other kind of lack.

I am fulfilled in harmony.

I want what I do to help everyone else feel their harmony, too.

In Peace

I am peaceful today.

Everyone I know is peaceful today.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is peaceful today.
-------------------------

Despite the extreme weather, political events, and personal crises we all face, there is a source of peace that is never-ending.

Within us, there is a deep spark which fans into a flame every time we acknowledge it.

It is our peace.

This is the peace that can not be taken away from us.

It can not be disturbed.

It can not be suppressed.

When we acknowledge it, it spreads throughout our mind, our body, our household, our neighborhood, our environment, our government.

It is our peace.

It certainly does not exist alone, but in harmony with everything else.

Peace is active.

Peace is interactive.

We always turn toward peace.

We always seek it out.

It creates the balance that makes all things work together for good.

We truly live best and only when we are in peace.

Peace is how we live.

Peace is where we live.
