Time to Reflect

As I work on my projects, I am grateful that I have time to reflect on them.

As all the people I know work on their projects, they are grateful that they have time to reflect on them.

As all the people I don’t even know all over the world work on their projects, they, too, are grateful they have time to reflect on them.
--------------------------

It is a luxury not to be pressed for time.

It allows a different kind of effort to be made when one has time to reflect on what has been done and to be led to take the next steps.

A calmness infuses projects when they are not hurried.

There is the opportunity to consider craftsmanship, design, balance, color, technique.

There is room for excellence without perfectionism.

It is satisfying to know that nothing will be rushed.

That all will be accomplished when it is ready.

That consideration is part of the process.

And that it will be finished, well, when it is done.
