Balancing My Life

I am so grateful to learn how to balance my life.

Everyone I know is so grateful to learn how to balance their lives.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful to learn how to balance their lives.

—————-

Because I have recovered from a severe health problem, I now know how to balance my life.

During the three years of healing, I observed the peace in Nature.

I watched the leaves blow in the wind, smelled the scents of the meadow grasses and felt the changes as storms but up and released their energy.

I felt the larger pace as Nature’s seasons evolved.

Now, in my work space, I can resist the build up of pressure caused by working in the city.

I can require that I move from one step to the next in my production, gently and without pressure.

I can give myself the variety to keep it interesting, without over scheduling myself.

I can appreciate the ease with which to get things done because everything is close.

Using the internet, I can release my products easily to their audiences and customers as they become available.

In this ideal setting, I can experience the beauty of Nature while having access to the conveniences of the city.

I am so grateful to learn to live more in harmony and balance.

Purity of Thought

My first deep breath is gratitude for the purity of thought I can access.

My second deep breath is gratitude for the purity of thought which everyone I know can access.

My third deep breath is for the purity of thought which everyone I don’t even know on the planet, can access.

———————————

It is so interesting to me that during this heightened time of social turmoil and election confusion, it is still possible to find a quiet inward peace.

I find that I go within to establish my peace and then I can hold it for a little while, and then I find myself reacting to some news item again.

Yes, there is outrage, unfairness, extreme turmoil.

And yes, we still have access to our deep peace within.

I am finding it necessary to revisit the inward peace that I can find often.

I feel I can do more for the state of consciousness by doing this, even as I read the next atrocity.

The thing which will last is the inward peace.

It comes from an Infinite Source.

It is always there.

When we all get to the point of preferring to live in that peace all the time, we will find it more and more in our external affairs.

We will spread the peace that comes from within simply by our attitude.

It will feel different when people talk to us.

People who are looking for that peace will see it in us and will be encouraged to practice it more for themselves.

That is a transforming effect in society.

We always have a right to be peaceful.

Finding My Identity

I am so grateful to find my identity.

Everyone I know is so grateful to find their identity.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is so grateful to find their identity.

——————-

The one thing I know is that it feels like a uniquely beautiful fit, my identity.

Nothing else feels so good.

I tried on all the things others told me to do.

I tried to believe that it would make me happy and successful.

I did all right, but nothing like I am doing with this unique fit which belongs solely to me.

I am an individual.

I have a defined place in the realm of the Divine.

I fit so well there, that I would rather be doing this than anything else.

I am so privileged to find my identity.

——-
Whatever I nee to do today, i can do with ease.

I feel the harmony and I listen for guidance.

I have the strength to follow through.

I have the desire and the skill to do well.

I am inclusive in my generosity of myself and others.

We are each discovering our talents and expressing them.

We are all using our strengths to contribute to society and receiving the strengths of outhers.

We all support the harmony of each day.

Feeling Treasured

I listen within to feel loved and treasured.

Everyone I know listens within to feel loved and treasured.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet listens within to feel loved and treasured.

——————

When I need to feel loved and treasured, I go to my Source within Who always loves and cherishes and guides me.

This never-ending Source of compassion and hope knows just what I need and is able to supply it in abundance no matter what violent memories or surroundings I find myself in.

Usually, it is a case of something triggering a memory from the past, or sometimes a feeling of pressure in some other way which creates the need for release.

Fortunately, in all cases, my Divine Source has an abundance of love, comfort and care which extends throughout my mind and body and into all the relevant places in my life.

My Divine Source leaves nothing out in Its care and comfort of me.

As I feel its calming and comforting sense, I am gradually restored, and all the symptoms of fear and stress vanish from me.

I enter back into my current Universe of love, appreciation, recognition in an atmosphere of uplifting service.

Gratitude for Prosperity

I am grateful for my prosperity.

Everyone I know is grateful for their prosperity.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet, is grateful for their prosperity.

—————

Ever since I was introduced to the idea that we think millions of thoughts each day, I realized that we all have prosperity.

We all have prosperity in the form of laundry and dirty dishes, too, in that they are always showing up in great quantities.

So, I began to shape my thoughts more consciously in the directions that I chose for them to go.

As I reached out for ideas that identified me in uplifting ways, more opportunities for service began to appear in my life.

Although these were not the original direction that I intended to grow, I kept listening as I allowed the Universe to direct the flow of my ideas.

Constant irritation and frustration began to leave me, as I allowed the ideas that were coming to me to be shaped differently.

I was led to read some books which looked like they had no direct application to my situation, but which were, nonetheless, helpful, in the ways that others had achieved service and prosperity.

At some point, I became full, and the ideas started to overflow their original containers and as they did, they joined with other ideas and a new shape for service took place.

I look now at my prosperity and see how the Universe was leading me in the direction of the most appropriate setting and content through the steps I was led to take.

I am most grateful for my prosperity and the discovery of how it comes to me as I release the wonderful ideas the Universe has always been sharing with me in new ways.

Feeling the Quietness and Poise Within

I am so grateful to discover the quietness and poise within me.

Everyone I know is so grateful to discover the quietness and poise within themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful to discover the quietness and poise within themselves.

——————-

When pressures around us become unmanageable, it is wonderful to take a deep breath and gently quiet ourselves.

In doing this, we find a world totally separate and apart from the chaos and noise outside.

We learn we do not have to take any of those tense feelings into ourselves.

We can simply release them and mentally walk away.

In our thoughts, we can feel a sense of quietness and peace.

We can move ourselves into this domain of peace at any time.

It is actually all around us as we look at ourselves from within instead of from without.

Our perfect poise and delight can gently comfort us even as we see the chaos and tension dissipate from our lives.

With practice, we can live gently and quietly, comforted, guided, supplied and companioned from within.
