The Right to Be Calm

I have discovered my right to be calm.

Everyone I know has discovered their right to be calm.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, has discovered their right to be calm.

—————————

Discovering a way to be calm has been a huge gain for me.

I have learned a series of techniques to deal with panic attacks, and these have become so habitual, I reference them only rarely.

I have a right to be calm.

The habit of having to regain my balance was developed very young.

Now that I no longer live in those circumstances, I have had to lean a different way to live.

The first thing I explored, was discovering and doing what I love to do.

I also explored friendships and found enduring congenial company.

I positioned myself into beautiful surroundings as well.

I can now operate calmly even in old surroundings, a true gain for me.

I love the balance I have found which lets me live happily and well.

I am able to relate old habits and old possessions which no longer serve me.

I am able to move forward more much freely and I can make good decision from a calm basis.

It is my right to be calm and I know how to maintain it for myself.
