Persistent, Extended Action

I am so grateful for persistent, extended action.

Everyone I know is grateful for persistent, extended action.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is grateful for persistent, extended action.

—————-

Sometimes there is an unexpected interruption to our regular routine.

It may be very inconvenient, and yet, we still have to get our regular work done, and we want to continue enjoying ourselves.

However, the additional quiet time we are sometimes forced to gain can be quite productive.

Upon reflection, and through spiritual study and taking the time I needed to get things done, I feel I have extended what I am able to do.

I don’t mean in the way that I used to have to when I was working two jobs and running a household.

This is completely different.

Going inward to gain deeper insight is one way I have extended my action.

And going outward more slowly and with deep consideration is another way I have extended my action.

I have taken the time to notice my quick emotional judgements.

I have made a decision to spend less time in anger and impatience.

Things are getting done the way they need to.

If it takes me more time, it is supposed to.

I am releasing a lot of invisible habits, invisible to me because they have been there for so long.

I am becoming conscious of a new personality at work in me.

A more relaxed one.  A more conscious one.
