Progress in Unexpected Ways

I am grateful to see progress being made in unexpected ways.

Everyone I know is grateful to see progress being made in unexpected ways.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is grateful to see progress being made in unexpected ways.

——————

I have been nurturing plans for several projects.

Sometimes they do not seem to be going anywhere at all over long periods of time.

Then, suddenly, something will give way, and several steps will all be completed in a very short time.

I am always grateful when this happens.

I have learned not to fret or get frustrated during the long periods of planning and what looks like no action.

Obviously, something is going on that I cannot see, and when it is time, when everything is ready, progress occurs rapidly.

By nurturing my projects and appreciating what they are doing for me while I am working on them, I am creating a positive atmosphere for them to appear.

By valuing those they are intended to benefit, I am creating a receptive atmosphere.

All this tends to come together on some sort of Universal timetable which i cannot see.

I only know that when my input is right, at some point, it all comes together and I get to see the results of my desires and dreams take actual shape.

And what a joy that is!

Expanding Support

I am surrounded by friends who love me.

Everyone I know is surrounded by friends who love them.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet, is surrounded by friends who love them.

——————-

Taking new steps can be uncomfortable.

It is helpful to know that the well wishes of our good friends are always with us.

We can explore new situations with curiosity and delight and anticipate the wonderful things we will be learning and experiencing, because we have already had good experiences in other times and places.

We can expand on that, knowing that friendship occurs across time and space.

We are always in touch with the people we love and trust, every time we think about them.

They feel it and we feel their kind and supportive attention as well.

These are some of the permanent structures we build into our lives.

Doing things we love and expanding our activities in directions that are interesting and important to us builds a different kind of structure than following the rote mentality of holding down a job we are not interested in.

It is the technique of building a castle in the air, and then building a stairway to it.

The love of friends helps us trust ourselves as we explore new stair-building techniques.

Supportive Friends

I love spending time with supportive friends.

Everyone I know loves spending time with supportive friends.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet, loves spending time with supportive friends.

———————

Supportive friends lift us up.

We feel so good being in their presence.

We can all share in making each other feel good about what we do, who we are, the wonderful and beautiful things we make.

I am a member of several knitting, quilting, and embroidery groups.

All of us enjoy sharing our beautiful work with each other.

People can get help from more experienced members.

These groups are all composed of givers.

Even with all the visiting and a wide variety of opinions, the common activity spreads enjoyment of our time together.
