Real Communication is What I Deserve

I am so grateful that I can tell the difference between communication and miscommunication.

Everyone I know is so grateful that they can tell the difference between communication and miscommunication.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is so grateful that they can tell difference between communication and miscommunication.

------------

Communication happens when there are two or more willing parties.

If one party is only pretending, then contact does not necessarily include communication.

For years, we welcomed the rare communication from loved ones.

Then when crisis struck them, the foundation for communication that would have been provided during normal times was missing.

I was so sorry that our efforts at comfort were inadequate for people we once considered so important in our lives.

When I examined it deeply in mediation, I found that we were indeed experiencing what was intended.

Deprivation was the inevitable result both ways.

However, I find that I am released from the necessity of any more hopes for pretend communication.

The real thing works just fine for me.

I am grateful to know where to direct my energies and to know the feeling of real appreciation.

My Own Peace

I am breathing deeply into my own peace.

Everyone I know is breathing deeply into their own peace.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the world, is breathing deeply into their own peace.

----------------

My own peace comes from within.

I am alert to what is not peaceful in my life, and I can replace it.

It is remarkable to me that I have been able to learn how to do this.

Thanks to the wonderful authors and workshop leaders who have shared their experiences and techniques.

So now, I, too, can turn inward to my very core and find the light and joy, and harmony, and peace which is there always.

It is like an undisturbed cavern which is always accessible to me.

Even in caves which are open to the public for tours, the temperature is always about 58 degrees Fahrenheit.

So, in my mental recesses, there is always light, harmony, peace within.

I can quiet my thought, either with deep breaths, or by remembering a loving phrase about myself.

I can turn to what is good and true about me, from my Source.

Then I am connected to my peace.

It overflows me and spills into the world around me.

Everyone and everything that is brought into contact with me comes through that peace, as long as I maintain it and every time I turn to it.

I Wish You Well, You Are Beautiful

The light in me is so strong that it repels anything that is not light.

The light in everyone that I know is so strong that it repels anything that is not light.

The light in everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is so strong, that it repels anything that is not light.

----------------

Having worked through many of the deep disturbances in my own life, I have found an inner light.

Watching others be understandingly upset by disturbing challenges, I feel only that they are in a state which will propel them to take action to heal themselves.

There is a light, a Source, a Higher Power, which is within.

Everything which brings us to this discovery has a good effect, no matter how bad an experience it is.

That seems harsh, but it is what I have discovered for myself.

I am so grateful for the many inspired authors and speakers who have been able to convey one more pebble of peace to me.

I am collecting my own pebbles and tossing them into the pond of my life and I am seeing the concentric ripples expand outward into more and more peace around me.

In order to feel the effects expand around me, I must start from within, and so I am.

When I witness a disturbance, I know that the same process is taking place in the life of someone else.

I offer you courage, and persistence, and love.

You, too will find your own light.

Our Deep Identity

I know that regardless of what happens around me, I am still myself.

Everyone I know knows that regardless of what happens around them, they are still themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know on the planet knows that regardless of what happens around them, they are still themselves.

----------------

Changes happen all the time, sometimes gently, sometimes abruptly.

When that happens, it is a good time to remember that we each still have the identity that we were given for all time.

We still have our integrity, our honesty, our intelligence.

These give us our approach to life.

We have the deep definition of who we are.

This is what tells us how to respond and what action to take and when to take it.

Circumstances around us never dictate anything.

Our deep identity is what guides us.

Even if we take a wrong step, we can redirect ourselves.

A surprise event can throw us off balance.

We can regain it.

A negative remark can temporarily distract us.

But we return to that deep identity of who we are.

That can never be touched by any outside circumstance.

We bring ourselves back into alignment with who we really are by discarding any thought that took us away.

Creating My Best Life

I am creating the best life for me.

Everyone I know is creating the best life for themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet is creating the best life for themselves.

------------

I am grateful to learn how to create the best life for myself.

By listening within, I can hear the idea that makes me feel the most fulfilled.

When I cultivate that life in great detail, I am bringing the outline of it into my life.

Since the Universe is on my side and has unlimited resources, I notice unexpected little good things coming into my life.

As I continue following my one greatest dream priority, I see more and more things that make me feel I am moving toward my dream.

Then, I find myself taking action in a particular direction on my own behalf, and that, too, takes me closer to my dream.

Now, I realize how to do it.

The Universe embraces me as I embrace my dream.

Together, we see it come to pass.

I am creating a wonderful life for myself.

My Passion and My Purpose

If I listen deeply enough, I will find my passion and my purpose.

If everyone I know listens deeply enough, they will find their passion and their purpose.

If everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, listens deeply enough, they, too, will find their passion and their purpose.

---------------

I know that my best ideas come from deep within.

The idea that excites me the most and is the most interesting for me is the one I want to cultivate first.

As I listen, it comes to me what to do.

Sometimes, I find myself wandering through a bookstore or following certain news items on the internet.

Something will spark my interest.

If it comes back over and over again, I know that this is the idea I am to to follow.

There is something about it that is deeply satisfying.

It is how I want to spend my life.

It is the way that I feel best about myself in the world.

It is the thing that will allow me the most fulfilling life and will contribute in ways that I cannot possibly gauge.

This is the  kind of idea that comes from deep within, a truly complete way of living.

Attentive Calm

I appreciate the calm in my life.

Everyone I know appreciates the calm in their life.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet appreciates the calm in their life.

---------------

I am writing this after several very stormy news stories, some are resolutions, some are continuations of problems, and some are new problems.

But I have found a way to be calm, for myself.

When I hear or read something disturbing, I devote myself to spiritual contemplation and meditation and affirmation towards a solution.

Then, I let it go.

If it comes to thought again, I discover whether I need to give it that kind of thoughtful consideration again.

Then I go on to my next priority beyond supporting a solution in general.

This is the new way I am creating more and more calm for myself.

It allows me to get deeper into my business, product design, and production.

I am not distracted by problems of a large or small nature, because I know I have given them the best kind of attention.

I am weighing in on the side of solution, resolution.

My business proceeds in a strong, even way.

I feel more productive all around.
