Wonderful Day

I am having a wonderful day today.

Everyone I know is having a wonderful day today.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the world, is having a wonderful day today.

-----------------

I am listening for the wonderful ideas that come to me when I go “within”.

I know that when I quiet all the noise around me, I find calm and deep peace.

Each and every day contains ideas which uplift and benefit society and civilization.

I can listen for those or I can listen to the news and media harassment.

I prefer the uplifting ideas that are available.

When I align myself with wonderful uplifting ideas, I have a wonderful day.

I take steps to improve myself.

I write children’s musical books.  (www.MyMusicalMind.com)

I follow through on projects.

I meet with good and uplifting friends.

I read books by inspired authors.

I cook delicious food.

Today is one more wonderful day in which I can give and then receive.

Peace and Calm

I have the ability to establish peace and calm for myself.

Everyone I know has the ability to establish peace and calm for themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the world has the ability to establish peace and calm for themselves.

------------

Since the atmosphere we are living in is anything but peaceful and calm some of the time, or even a lot of the time, it has been very beneficial and powerful for me to discover how to establish my own peace and calm.

I am learning to look within.

When I go within and listen just for the thoughts that are doming to me from within, I find that they are calm and peaceful.

It may take a while to quiet my thought and to shut out all the noise and familiar past emotions,  but when I do, I find the peace within.

My path to this process was slow, but I did not like the alternative.

So I kept listening.

I found out a whole new direction for my life.

I found that, although it is hard, I am able to let go of past negative memories.

I am learning to appreciate the shock of triggers which sometimes release the past, despite the horrible discomfort, because it shows me the contrast with the way I am living now.

In war torn situations, whether physically on the ground or mental or emotional war zones, there is a place where we can find our peace and calm.

The quiet from within is a sure guide.

Peace Overflowing

My first deep breath is peace for myself.

My second deep breath is peace for everyone I know.

My third deep breath is peace for everyone I don’t even know, all over the world.

--------------

We each feel the peace within.

It grows and grows until it fills up the space all around us.

It inspires, and then provides new relationships, new ways of doing things.

Just as our old attitudes of despair and pain are replaced by peace within, it overflows out and beyond us into peaceful neighbors, communities, governments.

As I keep doing my part, and feel and cultivate the peace within, I am unifying and drawing others to me of like practice.

This occurs over and over gain, reforming our communities, our governments, and our world.

Being Safe

How do I know I am safe?

How do I know everyone I know is safe?

How do I know everyone I don’t even know all over the world is safe?

--------------

It sure looks like we are not safe.

It sure looks like everything in the world can disrupt our lives - laws, wars, jobs, food supply, politics.

Finding peace within for a moment, each time we do it, takes away some of the the weight and persistence of these world events which are triggered by our current world view.

I find that when I start out my world view from within, with a moment of peace right where I am, and each time it comes up during the day, I can find what I need, be where I need to be, and make connections with others.

Sometimes, it feels like I am walking or driving a little thin line through the rest of my surroundings.

But, I can take my peace with me, and therefore my safety.

I can reestablish it as I need to.

This is where my safety is, when I reaffirm and feel the peace within.

My Thoughts Always Point Me To Good

My thoughts always point me to good.

The thoughts of everyone I know always point them to good.

The thoughts of everyone I don’t even know all over the world, always point them to good.

--------------

I can always feel the thoughts that are pointing me towards good.

As I consciously listen to my intuition, I always know the best thing to do.

I am getting better at trusting it and following through on the steps that come to me.

When I realize that everyone has this intuition and insight, I feel better about the world.

We are all getting better at listening and learning to follow through with the steps that come to us.

Learning to cultivate the habit of quiet, patient listening, leads to the ability to be conscious of the best ideas within each one of us.

Our good ideas are always a blessing to ourselves and to others.

Even people who have been recipients of too much good or too much discouragement know the good ideas which can be applied in their situations.

Cultivating habits which lead us away from greed are just as important as cultivating habits which lead us away from poverty and despair.

Ideas which point to good for all are based on principle, which serves all of us.

The principle of good is available to all.

Practicing it is available to all.

Knowing that all our ideas which point to good are based on principle leads one to consider the far-reaching range of the steps we can take.

How can our good ideas reach the farthest to bless the most people possible?

How can our ideas which point to good bless the earth we live on?

How can our ideas which point to good lift up the conscious awareness of everyone in business and government?

When we listen for the steps to take with the principle of good in mind, they have a more far-reaching effect.

Truly Following

When I truly follow my heart, my business expands.

When everyone I know truly follow their heart, their business expands.

When everyone I don’t even know all over the world truly follows their heart, their business expands.

--------------

An immense feeling of freedom and flow happens when I truly follow my heart.

New ideas come, and even old ideas which were stalled take on a new character and life.

I trust myself.

I appreciate myself.

I love investing in myself when I truly follow my heart.

No one else has exactly the same expression.

The feeling that is mine is strictly my own.

The ideas which take form from my expression are unique to me.

They have their own special clientele for whom they were created.

Two people with exactly the same business will have a slightly different feel to each one    and it will appeal to a unique clientele as well.

Trust yourself as you listen to the thoughts and ideas that come to you.

The one that comes up the most is your true direction.

Do not worry how it will come about.

Your job is to receive the idea.

Appreciate it.

As you invest in your appreciation , the steps will open up for you.

Do not try to direct your steps.

Just follow up on the ones that come to you from the same place that the idea came from.

Then you will be truly following your heart.

Your work is to listen and follow.

It took me a few years to refine this process, since I kept trying to develop the ideas that came to me.

Once I realized that my job was to learn to listen to nothing else but the guidance from within, I was able to follow the steps that came to me from within and to see my business manifest itself.

Clear Inner Balance

I am grateful that I can regain my clear inner balance.

Everyone I know is grateful they can claim their clear inner balance.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the earth is grateful they can claim their clear inner balance.

--------------

When things throw you off balance, it is good to know you can regain it by going within.

The balance within is always on listening, not reacting.

The quiet and calm within, because it comes from an infinite source, is always there.

I turn more frequently and quickly to my inner resources because I have found they help me the most.

Even when I think I have figured out a good recovery plan, it does not always work out.

But moving to the inner self, I feel the answers right there within the calm.

Within, it is clear that I am happy.

It is clear that I am being led with supremely intelligent guidance.

It is clear that I cannot hear the direction I am being given unless I truly tune in.

I am so grateful for the ability to listen clearly and more and more immediately.
