Support and Resources

I know I have the support of others when I feel the guidance from within.

Everyone I know knows they have the support of others when they feel the guidance from within.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet knows they have the support of others when they feel the guidance from within.

——————-

When we have doubts about getting things done even though we have received guidance about it, it is good to remember that the support we need is provided at the same time as the inception of the idea.

Every idea comes with its supply.

Every idea comes with its support.

We are just not so used to seeing it that way.

However, it is a complete package.

Since we are never alone because we have the ideas within from our Source, this same Source provides everything that is needed all along the way.

We have to remember to look for it there, rather than from outside sources.

It will look like it is coming from outside sources, but those are just responding to our connection from within to the One Source.

Once our course is determined from our guidance from within, everything needed comes into play where we can see it.

We just have to get used to looking at it in the right way.

Then we can see it.

New Wonderful People

I am grateful to the Universe for bringing new and wonderful people into my life.

Everyone I know is grateful to the Universe for bringing new and wonderful people into their lives.

Everyone I don’t even know. all over the planet, is grateful to the Universe for bringing new and wonderful people into their lives.

——————-

I felt impelled to go to a Knitting Meet-Up at a local library.

Even though I was in the immediate neighborhood, I missed finding the library, so I went to the next nearest library.

It was getting late, but after getting better directions, I decided to go back to the first library to be sure I could find it.

I came in late, but started knitting and conversing with the knitter next to me.

About five minutes after I came in, another knitter arrived.

We began conversing across the table, so she traded places with someone and moved next to me so we could converse more easily.

It was so interesting so we kept talking after the Meet-Up was over and made arrangements to get together in a couple of weeks.

The next meeting was such a great conversation, that we have made arrangements for another get-together.

What is really wonderful is that we are both in town only temporarily.

But the Universe has provided someone whom I didn’t even know for a very interesting conversationalist.

It is always wonderful to find someone who challenges and expands ideas that are important to you.

It is stimulating and makes me feel connected to a few marvelous people here and there.

I love conversing with this new person.

Not a stranger, a new person.

Very fun.

Very satisfying.

I am looking forward to the next visit.

Inspiration About Race

I am filled with inspiration about race today.

Everyone I know is filled with inspiration about race today.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, i filled with inspiration about race today.

———————-

Today, what uplifts me is the inspiration I am finding in Steven Colbert’s interviews on race.

His very articulate guests express seriously, but without rancor, the solutions to the crisis that has been facing us for decades.

They are inspired and compassionate leaders.

Colbert stated that he had been at the March on Washington fifty years ago.  His mother was there and she was pregnant with him.

My own mother was a Yankee, and when she married and came to Texas, she raised me with a “Northern” viewpoint.  We drank from the water fountains labelled “colored” and used the ladies rooms labelled “colored”.  She was the only white female teacher on the faculty of Texas Southern University where she taught voice lessons in the Music Department.

My own teaching experience showed me that every child is precious.  I taught the purest minds on the planet, pre-schoolers ages 0-5.  I observed no racial attitudes in any of them.

I am grateful for the dialogue that is once again opening about race.

I see no alternative but for us to get it right this time.

Peace Instead of Disturbance

Despite disturbing news, I can find peace within.

Despite disturbing news, everyone I know can find peace within.

Despite disturbing news, everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, can find peace within.

——————-

Bad feeling seems to overpower good feeling.

But it can be prominent in my thought only for so long as I allow it.

Now that I am learning how easily old disturbances can be aroused by alignment with new disturbances, I am bringing more power to bear on finding my deep peace within and finding it more quickly.

The peace, once found, resonates more readily each time I seek it out.

Although there is no quick answer, I know that action has already been created to begin the process of uplifting and calming.

Any disturbance already has its solution within it.

I am listening to hear below and beyond the disturbance for that answer, for that solution.

As for me, I can still have a peaceful and happy day, knowing that a solution is always part of the orderly unfoldment of the Universe.

In anticipation, and because I know it is my divine right, I will continue to practice my new ways of finding happiness and peace from within.

Happiness Today

I have the power to make myself happy today.

Everyone I know has the power to make themselves happy today.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, has the power to make themselves happy today.

————————-

In thinking about what would make me the most happy today, I came up with a very simple act.

I am doing food preservation through canning, and I decided the thing that would make me most happy was getting the canning jars ready by washing them.

A very simple thing.

I was so surprised!

Sometimes the thing that we can do to make ourselves happy is simple.

Even a complex thing consists of several simple steps.

When I make myself happy, I become the creative consultant.

I draw in all the ideas that are available to me.

I listen for more ideas.

Just the thought that I am the person who can make me happy is relaxing.

Some of the things which are supporting my happiness today is the fact that I am buying organic, fresh, good quality ingredients.

This builds on the happiness that my husband and I have been feeling better since I changed how we are eating.

I can return to this simple form of happiness over and over again, since food happens every single day.

I am glad to build my happiness on the many simple ordinary things that happen to me as well as big and rare events.

It gives me a constant presence of happiness in my life.

Freshness Without Judgement

I feel the freshness of a new day and of a new year without judgement from the past.

Everyone I know feels the freshness of a new day and of a new year without judgment from the past.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet feels the freshness of a new day and of a new year without judgment from the past.

——————-

Every day, we have all the elements of happiness available to us.

How we use the day depends on our approach.

Carrying over negative experiences from the previous day starts the new day with a burden.

Trusting that each breath, each moment that we turn within, will bring us solutions, lets us dissolve the negative experiences.

We can proceed with nothing invested except in the solutions.

As we approach today’s experiences, we can pause for that great which says that we are ready to listen for solutions each step of our day.

It will be an amazing experience to see what this does for not only each day, but for the cumulative effect of three hundred sixty-five days in a row.

It is certainly a habit worth cultivating.
